By downloading, installing, or using Sadhana ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Sadhana is a Hindu spiritual companion application providing:
The App is intended for personal spiritual practice and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older.
The App uses anonymous authentication by default — no account or registration is required. You may optionally link an email address to enable cross-device sync and data backup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The spiritual content in this App (panchang calculations, auspiciousness guidance, nakshatra-based recommendations, mantras, and shlokas) is provided for informational and spiritual enrichment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Vedic astrological calculations (Tara Balam, Chandra Balam, Panchang) are based on traditional Hindu astronomical methods. The App makes no representation or warranty that such calculations are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific purpose.
The App's software, design, interface, and original content (including the Sadhana name and logo) are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Bhagavad Gita shlokas, mantras, stotras, aartis, and other classical texts in the App are part of the ancient public domain of Hindu scripture. Translations and transliterations provided in the App are original works of the developer or used under appropriate licenses.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's proprietary content without explicit written permission from the developer. Personal, non-commercial use of the spiritual content for your own practice is permitted.
The App does not currently allow users to submit or publish content visible to other users. Birth details, preferences, and personal information you enter are private and used solely to personalize your experience (see our Privacy Policy).

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes via an in-app message.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
